CPS Faculty Member Presents at Legislative Session of Florida Bar Association

Jan Faust, Ph.D., CPS professor and an expert in forms of child trauma, recently presented at the annual Legislative Update Session of the Florida Bar Association.

Faust discussed a recent statute that will go into effect on October 1, related to children and divorce custody issues, including parent/child re-unification and parental conflict.
