CPS Professor Invited to Address APA Convention

Recently, Center for Psychological Services professor David L. Shapiro, Ph.D., was invited to chair a discussion on Internet Addiction: Research Trends and Lingering Questions at the 117th annual American Psychological Association (APA) convention in Toronto, Canada.

Shapiro is president-elect of the APA’s Media Psychology division (Division 46). He is an expert in forensic psychology, mental health law, forensic and clinical assessment, expert witness testimony, malingering, and legal and ethical issues.

In addition to his invited address, Shapiro participated in a symposium entitled Future of Internet and Media Psychology.
